Anjaneya Chemicals (Stearic Acid):
Anjaneya Chemical Product Provide TriStar is NOT ONLY STEARIC ACID POWDER. DO NOT CONFUSE TRISTAR with other Stearic Acid Powder. Ordinary Stearic Acid Powder is produced by normal bleading process where liquid Stearic Acid is sprayed under pressure in a cooling column. This results in miniature circular beads when observed under a microscope. This product has the lowest bulk density which will not result in optimum distribution when mixed in a very small proportion (usually 1-1.5%) in tableting formulation.
TriStar is tested lubricant that:
- Is compatible with all commonly used anti adherent, binders, disintegarants, fillers and glidants.
- Contains no metal (magnesium, zinc, and calcium) residues.
- Is lower in moisture that alkaline stearates(0.1% vs 3-4%). It is non-hygroscopic in nature
- Much smaller percentage is used resulting in more accurate dosage of "Actives" in each tablet.
- Produces harder, shinier and smoother tablets than alkaline stearates.
- Produces chewable at lower levels of addition than alkaline stearates, thereby reducing cost.
- Provides for better dissolution of "actives."
- Less sensitive to over-blending or over mixing than alkaline stearates.
- Can be used with acidic "actives" unlike alkaline stearates.
- Tasteless unlike alkaline stearates.
- Does not "cake" as is common with alkaline stearates.
- Solves problem with "capping" (separation of the upper part of tablet during ejection and handling). Lamination (failure of tablets along several horizontal planes), picking (sticking of tablet material to punch faces) and excessive ejection thereby reducing unnecessary wear or corrosion of puch faces and die walls.
- Kosher and Halal Certified.
